How much does it cost to use your services?
Much like Mortgage Brokers, our service does not cost you anything. We are paid by nationally recognised developers & builders that provide us off-market opportunities due to our longstanding relationship. We have your interest at heart, we strive to get the best property for you at the best price.
How much money do I need to start investing in property?
Depending on your situation, you could purchase an investment property with as little as $20 per week. Most of our properties are paying for itself, positive cash flow and affordable.
Who will manage my property?
Your investment property is going to be managed by local property managers where your property is located. We have relationships with property managers across various capital cities who will take care of your investment property.
Can I use my current home or Equity to help towards buying an investment property?
You can borrow against the equity in your home to purchase an investment property. This will typically be up to 80% of the value of your home, minus the debt owed against it. So if you’ve been making payments on your home loan for some time, and your house has gone up in value, you may well have enough equity to go towards an investment property!
Here’s an example:
Harry buys a house for $500,000 with a 20% deposit ($100,000 of his own savings) and a $400,000 home loan. His equity in the property at this point is $100,000.
Over 10 years, he pays $150,000 off the home loan (leaving $250,000 owing) and the property’s value increases to $550,000. Harry’s equity in the house is now $300,000 ($550,000 minus $250,000)
